We want to support community and family sessions at Ham Hill focussing on mental health and physical wellbeing, especially to aid the community in its recover from Covid-19.
People are finding these times very challenging, particularly those with mental health issues and pre-existing health conditions. We will need to rebuild the health and wellbeing of our local community. “Woodland Wellbeing” sessions such as these will support people in recover. There is much evidence to show that a connection with nature aids wellbeing.
